This position is for an Emergency Care Assistant, the post holder will convey emergency, and where required, non-emergency patients to and from their designated appointments in a safe, effective and efficient manner.

 

The individual will ensure the well being of patients in their care from showing empathy and providing reassurance, through to assessing and monitoring patients’ physical well being. Where necessary they will provide medical assistance in line with current training standards.

Patient Experience Manager

 

We are currently recruiting for a patient experience manager to join our team.

 

This role requires a background in customer care and experience from a similar environment with knowledge of Patient Transport would be highly desirable.

 

The ideal candidate will be a highly competent administrator, extremely organised and be proficient in case investigations.  The job role holder will be the main point of contact for the company, patients and hospital trusts, and manage the procedure for complaints, from receipt to conclusion; ensuring all are handled to the highest possible standard.
