A huge congratulations to Matthew and Samuel for being awarded February Star of the Month. Their patience and understanding with a new patient who hadn't understood how we operate has been greatly appreciated by the patient. The patient in question was booked in late the night before their appointment so when Matthew and Samuel arrived the following morning they were not ready. They didn't rush her and maintained a high level of professionalism and courtesy and put the patient at ease. Great job!
