Logistics Assistant

 

We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Assistant 8am - 4pm at our office in Greenhithe, within our Courier Division. The post holder will be the first point of contact with customers and clients and responsible for inputting bookings, allocating work and general administration duties.

Patient Liason Operator / Call Handler

 

We are currently recruiting for another Patient Liason Operator to join the team.

The post holder will join our friendly Call Centre team and be the main point of contact for incoming enquiries. The post holder will ideally have experience in data input and call handling. The candidate must deliver a high standard of customer care, communicating in a professional manner and ensuring a first class patient service is provided.

Controller / Dispatcher

 

This position is for a vehicle Controller / Dispatcher responsible for allocating patient journeys to crews and managing a number of vehicles at one time. Extensive geographical knowledge of the South East is essential and previous experience of Cleric is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, perform well under pressure and be able to communicate professionally at all levels. This role is a 4 on 4 off daytime shift pattern.
