Ambulance Care Assistant
Due to expansion we are currently recruiting for ACA’s to join our team.
The successful candidate will convey non-emergency patients to and from their designated appointments in a safe, effective and efficient manner. The individual will ensure the well-being of patients in their care from showing empathy and providing reassurance, through to assessing and monitoring patients’ physical well being.

Logistics Assistant/Call Handler
This is a dual role, supporting the Courier division and Patient Transport division. The post holder is required to work 09:30am - 5:30pm at our office in Greenhithe. The post holder will be the first point of contact with customers and clients and responsible for inputting bookings, allocating work and general administration duties for both divisions.

Fleet Assistant
Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Fleet Operative to assist within our busy Fleet department based in Greenhithe.
The post holder will be responsible for assisting in maintaining our fleet, not limited to but including, deep cleaning of the ambulances, ensuring they are adequately stocked, equipment is checked and any defects are reported. For insurance purposes you must have held a valid UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years, have no more than 6 penalty points and be over the age of 21.

Site Supervisor
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the role requires a background from a customer facing service provider, ideally in a relevant public sector. The role is responsible for liaising with Trust staff and ambulance crews on patient transport related issues, making Control/dispatch aware patients are ready to be collected via the company’s system, ensuring the highest standards of care. Geographical knowledge of the Southeast is essential and previous experience of Cleric system is highly desirable.

Delivery Driver (Courier Division)
We are recruiting for Delivery Drivers to join our Courier division. You will be responsible for ensuring safe transport and delivery of various goods, starting your shift at the warehouse in Rayleigh, Essex and making deliveries in and around Kent, London, Essex and Cambridge. The role involves some heavy lifting therefore the post holder will need to be physically fit and apply manual handling techniques. Due to insurance purposes the you will need to have held a driving licence for a minimum 2 years.
